• The recipient email address is added after checkout.
• A message to the recipient can be added after checkout.
• No expiry date.

IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT SENDING TO SOMEONE ELSE; If you wish us to email the voucher to someone else other than yourself, you must add the recipient’s email address immediately after checkout is complete. However, if you would like to print out the voucher yourself or forward the voucher to the recipient on a particular day, then please enter your own email address.

Vouchers are sent out automatically and can take up to 30 minutes to arrive after order completion.

Each voucher has a unique code, and this can be used by the recipient online at www.needlesports.com or over the counter at our shop in Keswick.

Needle Sports Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Gift vouchers are available in increments of £5.00 and can be redeemed against the purchase of goods from Needle Sports. In purchasing or using gift vouchers you agree to these terms.
2. Upon purchase, gift vouchers are not eligible for any discount and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash. They have no expiry date and no cash value. 
3. Each gift voucher has a unique code which will be needed to redeem the voucher either in person at our shop, over the telephone or online at www.needlesports.com. Gift vouchers can be redeemed in part or in full and used multiple times if a balance remains. No change will be given.
4. When goods are returned to us under the terms of our return policy and have been purchased in full or in part using a voucher we will provide a replacement voucher to the same value.
