Dynamic rope in a short length - suitable for walkers, glacier crossings and ski-mountaineering. Most common usage would be for where small teams of walkers or skiers want to "rope-up" for group safety in a crevassed area.
Could also be used to protect a second when scrambling, but not for protecting the leader.
Golden Dry treatment means both core and sheath are dry treated making this version the best choice for use on snow.
Surprisingly, Beal say that it has sharp edge resistance.
NB Not to be used for climbing or mountaineering. This is actually a 7.8mm diameter "Twin" Rope, ie designed to be used as one of a pair where both ropes should be clipped into every runner if leading.
