The YY Vertical Mono is a featherweight one finger pocket climbing accessory specially designed for training. It allows to isolate the muscle and tendon development of one finger. The Mono will prepare your fingers for all kinds of crux holds! It can be used with an elastic band to aid pulling up, or with a light added weight to intensify the training (neither are supplied). Made from recycled rubber wood which gives a soft-touch surface with comfort and grip.
