The Yates Superclip is a simple but tough device which enables you to attach and retrieve karabiners and quickdraws. Great for cling that out ouf reach first bolt.
It needs to be screwed onto a threaded broom handle or standard extendable pole available from any decent ironmongers or hardware store, the sort of thing that window washers use for high windows would do.
Works with solid gates and wire gates.
