Sixteen "easy", and fourteen "slightly difficult" routes including Mt Blanc's Ordinary Route are described (ie plenty of essential acclimatisation material), as well as basic safety and instructional information. The routes are mainly in France with a few straddling the Swiss and Italian borders.
