Superb, very tough four-season three part poles for ski mountaineering, alpine and Scottish winter climbing, expedition use and general hill walking. They feature dual FlickLocks for a full range of adjustability and compact down well to fit in your rucksack or duffel bag when it's time to lug your kit to the airport. The handles are designed to use for flicking up or down heel lifts on ski bindings and an extended comfortable foam grip with a dual density, soft touch grip-top is a great help when contouring and keeps your hands insulated. A new vari-width strap gives increased adjustability, It comes with powder baskets but other BD baskets can be fitted.

One of the great advantages of the FlickLock adjustment system is that it is easily done with gloves on in any temperatures whereas the expansion system often requires gloves to be removed to get sufficient grip.

  • 100% aluminium with 18mm upper, 16mm mid and 14mm lower diameter sections.
  • Metal tips rather than plastic, and no weak joints - better for skiing.
  • Four-season extended foam grips with super sticky hooking points for manipulating ski bindings.
  • Adjustable vari-width strap for ergonomic comfort with or without gloves.
  • Dual FlickLock adjustability.
  • Supplied with 100mm (4") Powder Baskets.
  • Indexed ferrule for 3/4 basket compatibility.

Top Tip 1: At the end of a long day in the mountains pull each pole apart into its three component pieces and allow the condensation to escape. This will stop the aluminium oxidising and keep them running smoothly.

Top Tip 2: Too long to fit in your rucksack? Pull each pole apart into its three component pieces and try again - that's better!
